Activity Report: Kick-off Meeting of e-RES

Following the initial online familiarisation meeting held in January 2025, the official kick-off meeting of the e-RES project took place successfully from April 27th to 29th, 2025, in Kahramanmaraş, Turkey.

The event brought together approximately 16 project team members from partner organisations. Participants provided updates on progress made, exchanged insights, and strengthened inter-organisational connections.

Key highlights of the meeting included:

  • Enhanced Collaboration: Strengthened partnerships and improved communication among participating institutions.
  • Module Review: Shared feedback and insights on the project modules, with particular focus on the Gamification Module.
  • Strategic Planning: Discussed effective budget utilisation and outlined deliverables for the next project phase.
  • Practical Engagement: Visited a vocational workshop to observe real-world applications, contributing valuable input to the ongoing refinement of the project toolkit.
